About This Book
The story follows a group of teenage friends who cobble together a spaceship from a compression chamber and scavenged parts, powered by an improvised fusion plant and antigravity device, then take an orbiting satellite they detect on radar and temporarily bring it home. Their resourcefulness and casual pilfering provoke official scrutiny when the satellite's owners accuse foul play, leading to a bureaucratic, somewhat comic resolution after the boys return the machine but unintentionally reverse its orbit. The narrative blends youthful adventure, hands-on technical tinkering, and subtle satire about misunderstandings between private initiative and official authority.
