About This Book
A small patched-cloth clown toy comes to life among other store toys and performs playful tricks and riddles, then experiences a series of episodic adventures: swinging with companions, sustaining a broken leg, dancing, climbing a tree and falling, being carried to an office and later tucked into a pocket, ending up in a wash-basket and a deep hole, and finally returning home for a toy party. The narrative is told in short, self-contained chapters that blend gentle mishap and humor while emphasizing friendship, mischief, and the everyday wonder of toys' secret lives.
