The Meadow-Brook Girls Afloat; Or, the Stormy Cruise of the Red Rover

A group of young women spend a summer aboard an old houseboat on a lake, turning the cabin into a homelike cruising camp and learning to manage small maritime mishaps. Their holiday becomes a sequence of mysteries and surprises, including a cast‑adrift craft, strange island visits, night journeys, eerie noises, and suspicious discoveries that suggest a hidden plot.
