The narrative follows a daring aerial circumnavigation carried out in a single week, tracing a sequence of fast-paced episodes across varied locales. The flyers face a ferocious cyclone, mechanical troubles and fuel shortages, diplomatic entanglements, encounters with hostile and hospitable islanders, maritime disasters and daring rescues, and brushes with smugglers and local authorities.
