Jerry Todd and the Oak Island Treasure

Children convert an old scow into a money-making canal-boat show, assigning roles such as magician, ticket agent and stagehands and mounting lively performances to raise funds. A rival gang attempts to sabotage the enterprise, but a mysterious friendly ghost intervenes, its identity uncertain. Rumors of buried treasure on a lonely, moonlit island drive the plot alongside odd clues—a detached piano leg and an eccentric, talkative piano tuner—that deepen the puzzle. The youngsters blend theatrics, practical ingenuity and sleuthing to face danger, unravel hidden connections and reach a dramatic, rewarding climax.
