Beyond the Great South Wall: The Secret of the Antarctic

The narrative follows two disconsolate friends whose thwarted romantic hopes propel them onto a southern voyage; preliminary testimony and expert opinion set the stage for an Antarctic expedition that discovers a vast ice barrier. Beyond that wall they explore glacier caves and hidden caverns, confront a secret cult and a deity called Cay, and witness volcanic upheaval, temple rites, and subterranean lairs. A sequence of perilous encounters, a small but consequential mishap, and a desperate personal pledge lead to a dramatic breaching of the barrier and a climactic struggle with the forces concealed within the polar interior.
